Monday August 31, 2009 at 4:30pm the City of Columbia will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for the much anticipated skateboard park at Owens Field (1351 Jim Hamilton Blvd).

The August Blythewood POUR IT NOW meeting date has been rescheduled from 9th to August 16 at 2:00 pm. Meetings will continue to be held on the second Sunday of each month at Groucho’s in Blythewood, but the time will stay changed to 2:00 pm. I’m really sorry about the late notice, thanks for your patience.

The third iteration of Skate and Create brings to The Columbia Museum of Art, the works of internationally acclaimed artists who attribute their inspiration to growing up within the skateboarding scene in South Carolina.
